Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 2 cups chocolate cake batter


  • 1 bowls whipped cream


  • 1 cups compound dark chocolate


  • 2 cups amul cream


  • 1/2 cups dry fruits (preferably cashews, peanuts and almonds)

Directions

  • Take a nonstick pan add small quantity of the batter, cover and cook for 8 minutes or until cooked
  • Flip it and cook for another 2 minutes.
  • Now keep it in between 2 mugs and it will form the shape of tacos
  • Repeat the process with remaining batter.
  • Now fill the tacos with whipped cream
  • Using double boiler METHOD melt chocolate and cream to form a ganache.
  • Dip the tacos in the chocolate ganache and sprinkle some nuts .
  • Let it cool down and then serve the chocolate cake tacos.
